UP CLOSE WITH MUZIWAKHE SITHOLE

Muziwakhe Phillip Sithole is a 32 year old young man from EMakhosini Area, in Kwazulu Natal. Early in 2015 he had a meeting with  Sipho Buthelezi  and Thandeka Buthelezi because they had a vision to start a "GOSPEL GROUP" They made an apointment to meet with Muziwakhe because he is a well known good pianist with both the passion and understanding of music. The meeting had a positive outcome, Muziwakhe joined hands with Sipho and Thandeka to bring the Mighty Rooted Voices vision to life. He could not have been happier.

Muziwakhe believes that the crucial elements in a gospel musician is to respect everyone, young and old, loving the Lord, oneself and others plus believing in oneself because the Lord created everyone for a purpose. Through our lives we give one another life which is God's purpose. Like in a fire, a single log cannot make a fire but a bundle of wood logs makes a good fire, an individual on one's own can do good but a group working towards the same goal do wonders, he says.

In five years from now, Muziwakhe believes that Mighty Rooted Voices would have blessed so many souls, young and old and spread the Word of God through music all over the world.

The verse he lives by is the one that says:"Fear of the Lord is the foundation of wisdom."The success is in Him, Muziwakhe says.

Muziwakhe is currently reading two books: uHambo lomhambi and Incwadi yesethembiso.

Muziwakhe says that the whole Abba Baba album has a special place in his heart, but he would like everyone who may not have time to listen to the whole album take time to listen to the track titled UNgenzelakonke Nqaba yami.
